CarWorth (carworth.net) is a service of Experience Wholesale, part of The Experience Auto Group, located at 1210 S Andrews Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or ask us for an offer on your car, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- About your car: VIN, mileage, ZIP code, condition answers (accidents, mechanical, cosmetic, title and payoff), photos you upload, and any notes you add.
- About you: first and last name, mobile number and email address.
- Automatically: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, pages viewed, and whether you arrived from one of our ads. Some of this is collected with cookies or similar technology (see section 5).
2. How we use it
- To price your car and text you an offer.
- To confirm your mobile number with a one-time code.
- To contact you about your offer and, if you accept, to complete the purchase.
- To run, secure and improve this site, and to measure whether our ads are working.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
3. Text messages
If you agree, we text you about your offer from our (754) number, including a verification code. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Who we share it with
- Our affiliated companies within The Experience Auto Group, and buyers in our network when needed to price or buy your car (for example, vehicle details and photos).
- Service providers who work for us, such as hosting, text-message delivery, vehicle-data lookups and advertising measurement. They may use the information only to provide those services.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and advertising
This site uses the Google Ads tag (Google gtag.js) to measure ad performance: it records when someone arrives from a CarWorth ad and whether they finish asking for an offer. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address and browser information to do this. We have turned off ad-personalization signals for this tag, so it is used for measurement, not to build advertising profiles. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
6. How long we keep it
We keep offer and purchase records as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law (for example, vehicle-purchase and tax records). Unaccepted offer requests are kept for a limited time and then deleted or de-identified.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@carworth.net. We may need to verify your request and may keep records we are legally required to keep.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
9. Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
